I'm not quite clear about the issue. I see there is a conflict between
Summary and
Description of the bug!!
As you mentioned, with the above exact repro steps, I can't reproduce this.
Even as per the summary, I can't reproduce the issue.
[-Mouse middle click and move the mouse down
-Come back mouse pointer (arrow shape) just below to the original location
of the mouse
-Keep mouse there and use the scroll button to scroll up. --This works for
me to
scroll UP.
