What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable Auto hide task bar in Windows
2. Now you can never see/open Task bar with mouse if you open Chrome
3. http://groups.google.com/group/chromium-discuss/t/694140606d899c14
What is the expected result?
When you move your mouse to bottom of the screen, task bar should be
visible
What happens instead?
It doesn't show up at all
