I believe this may be fixed on the dev channel with the 2.0.162.0 release.
Internally we were looking at two different clocks which were drifting.
This was
causing CPU usage to spike. I believe this may be fixed. If one of you
sees this on
a dev build after 2.0.163.0 I will re-open.
