Yeah, as iambob said, DOMAIN\username.

That said, you might want to consider separating that in the Chromium  
dialog box to
something more like:

Domain (optional):
Username:
Password:

Talking from a tech support angle, I find it difficult explaining to  
end-users that
they are not supposed to type their username in the 'username' box, but  
instead
DOMAIN\username

If that makes sense.  *shrug* just a thought.
