Indeed, no automatic authentication either a login prompt when using Chrome 2.0.166.1 with sharepoint. Instead an error message 401.2 (instead of petr.urban.ing's 407) : HTTP Error 401.2 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to server configuration.
