Comment #19 on issue 3830 by progame: Using keyboard select RTL text: Highlight goes to opposite direction http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=3830
btw i don't know much about logical/visual BUT as far i can tell when i test IE, FF and Chrome with this text area i am writing right now (which is LTR) with regular arrow key (no selection) each browser behaves uniquely! IE: while the text area is LTR, arrow key movement is logical, and the caret is placed in the left side of the Hebrew word i typed. FF: while the text area is LTR, arrow key movement is VISUAL , and the caret is placed in the left side of the Hebrew word i typed. Chrome: arrow key movement is VISUAL , and the caret is placed in the RIGHT side of the Hebrew word i typed -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
