New issue 8199 by daddiesboi2: frame refresh does not work in certain html
chat rooms.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go into one of the adult chatrooms and enter on the chat line any text
and press send/return. The text stays there. The message is sent but the
message remains on the line. Backspace clears off the text, but does not
automatically clear the text like it suppose to work.
