New issue 8357 by h1rikash: I cannot make Chrome the standard browser.

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Opera 9.6:Ok
Firefox 3:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press the button thats supposed to make chrome the default browser.
What is the expected result?
Chrome to become my default browser
What happens instead?
It doesn't become the default browser when i press the button.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
When i press the button, nothing happens. (The attached file is in
Norwegian)
