It feels like skandiabanken is the only place we know for sure uses SSL renegotiation. The site fully works with Firefox, is this because FF supports SSL client authentication? In the website you are supposed to enter that link, than come to the page "Hämta Certifikat" (which means download/get certificate) and once you have put in your social security number and a password the browser is supposed to download a certificate which you use later (after restarting the browser) to login.
