New issue 9140 by john.waffles: Opening an incognito window makes the home  
button show the "you've gone incognito" page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(starting from Chrome not running)
1. Open Chrome.
2. Open an incognito window.
3. Close the incognito window.
4. Press the 'home' button (on the window you opened originally, which is  
not an incognito window).

What is the expected result?
It should display the home page as selected in the options.

What happens instead?
It displays the "you've gone incognito" information page that is displayed  
when you first open an
incognito window.
