Trunk (r12497)

Sorry to say, this bug still reproduces with the following two use-cases:

Use case1:
-Type part of the auto-complete word and hit tab to next field.
-Shift+tab to come to previous field (the text will be selected - which is
expected)
-Now use Up/Down arrow to form auto-complete.
Result:
The page scrolls.

Use case2:
-Type part of the auto-complete word and Esc to cancel the form
auto-complete pop-up.
-Hit "Home" button to go to the beginning of the text.
-Now use Up/Down arrow to form auto-complete.

Result:
The page scrolls.

-Venkat.
