Comment #4 on issue 15437 by joesixgig: 3.0.190.1 crashes every few minutes
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=15437

One more symptom on this issue: I have this happen a lot with many tabs open
(typically more than 5), and occasionally one or two pages simply don't
finish
loading. They keep their animated circle throughout the session, those tabs
appear
partially loaded (can see some graphics), and Chrome crashes when I finally
try to
close these unresponsive tabs. Other times Chrome just crashes when
opening or
closing a tab even if all appear to have finished loading.

This happens often enough that I'd like to try the latest build. I'm on
Vista x64 -
can I just download, extract, and run what is in the win32 zip? Do I
uninstall
current dev version first? Perhaps for novices add a text file with
standard install
instructions in the folder with the latest builds. Thanks.

System: Vista x64, Lenovo X61 tablet, 4Gb internal.
