New issue 15564 by mdakin: In Gmail, while creating a new label from "create a filter" dialog, label name edit box it does not get focus http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=15564 Chrome Version : 3.0.191.0 (19483) OS + version : Hardy CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64 bit window manager : Gnome 2.22.3 URLs (if applicable) : Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): Works as expected, New label box get the focus when the dialog is displayed. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open gmail, select a message and from menu select "Filter messages like this" option. 2. press "next step" on first page of filter creation dialog. 3. on second page select "New label" from "Apply the label" combobox. A modal dialog appears, but the edit box does not get the focus until it is clicked by mouse. What is the expected result? The edit box should get the input focus autoamatically when displayed. What happens instead? Edit box does not have focus and caret until mouse is clicked in it. Please provide any additional information below.
