What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Khmer / Cambodian fonts:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/khmer/All_KhmerOS_5.0.zip?download
2. Install Khmer fonts: Control Panel > Fonts > File > Install New Font...
> navigate to fonts > OK
3. Open Firefox, IE, Chrome, etc. and go to Google's Cambodian website:
www.google.com.kh
What is the expected result?
To see Khmer characters displayed.
What happens instead?
I see boxes.
Please provide any additional information below. (Screenshots attached)
Oddly, some websites do seem to work: http://www.rfa.org/khmer
