Similar problem here. I'm living in finland so my timezone is +2hours. Chromium shows time like in facebook 3 hours differently. Other browsers show it just fine as it's in system clock. I realised this when i looked my inbox and wondered time (minus 3 hours from actual time) when i received/send messages.
