I am also experiencing this issue on Windows 7 RC. I am using Chrome 2.0.172.37. These are the steps I use to reproduce this issue on my computer: 1) Open Chrome (I get the 'New Tab' - Most visited home page) 2) Minimize Chrome 3) Restore Chrome from the taskbar At this point, the taskbar is hidden behind the maximized Chrome window.
