What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Maximize Chrome main window
2. select 'Info about Google Chrome' from menu
3. this message box and any other dialog box (sites msgbox, chrome error
report dialog etc.) will be opened in maximized state.
What is the expected result?
The dialog boxes should be opened in their default size (window centered)
regardless the main window state.
What happens instead?
All message boxes are opened in maximized state.
