No, my language is set on Italian. Today I've updated Chrome to the last dev version 3.0.197.11 and this problem still persist. I don't have any extension installed (I use chrome within Firefox where I've installed many extensions, obviously chrome is my default browser because is more fast and clean) and I don't have any theme. If you see the screenshot attached to my first post the "About dialog" is maximized and it opens in this state only if the main chrome window is maximized too. I've noticed that also the tabs can't be reoganized when the window was maximized (when you moved any tab it will defalt create another window) but I've noticed that this problem has been fixed. I work with a notebook with XP SP3 and a native screen resoluton of 1920x1200. I don't have any special video tool installed even the ati control center (only the radeon FIREGL V5000 driver). If you need other information to reproduce this issue please don't hesitate to ask me (sorry for my bad english). I'm a developer too and I love Chrome more than any other browser. Thanks for your work. NOTE: I've also a Window 7 RC installed on another PC (english native launguage with Italian MUI) and now I've noticed that this problem is not present there.
