Although this problem may be fixed - it's hard for me to know since I have never experienced it as described: I got the CPU spike but it went down after rather than sticking at the top - the CPU spike still happens to me. I know I'm only on a 2GHz Pentium M, but no other browser causes these cpu issues when running on the same machine (well okay maybe Safari would but I don't use it.) since this is marked as closed, should I open a new bug about the general cpu spike problem? -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
