New issue 18737 by [email protected]: Changing tabs in full screen mode  
creates large blank space

   Hostname: Kris-macbookpro
   Mac OS X Version 10.5.7 (Build 9J61)
   Processor: 2 Intel 2.40 GHz
   RAM: 2048 MB

Chrome:
   Chrome version: 3.0.197.12  Release
   QuickTime Player: 7.6.2
   Flash Player: 10.0.22.87

Reproducible: YES

Steps to reproduce:
   Open two tabs
   Enter full screen mode
   Move the  mouse to the top of the screen so the menu becomes visible
   Click Window > Next Tab
   Close full screen mode Shift+Command+F

Expected behavior:
   The browser window is drawn correctly

Actual behavior:
   The browser window has a large space between the tab bar and the
address bar
