tim.glaser and grkaiser, Thank you for your comments and sorry for my slow responses. Even though I suspect this is an issue of AppID, I have been suffering from reproducing this issue on my PCs. To help me figure out this problem more clearly, would it be possible to give me the following information? 1. How have you installed Windows 7 RTM? a) clean-installed or; b) upgraded from a former version of Windows (please give me the previous OS). 2.
