   Firefox 3.x:
          IE 7:OK
          IE 8:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open Google Chrome beta.
2.Get a theme and apply it.
3.Open another program or click blank spot on bottom toolbar.

What is the expected result?
Keep the theme.

What happens instead?
The top area next to the tabs where its blank turns to default blue.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
