New issue 20664 by Michael.K.Zhang: Won't load any page; page is blank.
After a while, it will say "The following page(s) have become
unresponsive..."

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Google Chrome
2.Type in any address in the address in the addres bar that you know will
work in other browsers
3.Press enter
What is the expected result?
It will load the page
What happens instead?
It will not load; no error
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
