Fixed. Leaving open for further investigation and fixes. There are
probably at least two
more bugs in here in Breakpad, and maybe a third in Chrome.
- renderer breakpad should not crash after handling exception
- browser breakpad should be resilient against taking exceptions it
doesn't want
- renderer shouldn't pass double fault to the browser - also, ensure that
renderer
can forward crashes to Apple Crash Reporter if desired
