New issue 21988 by clickheretoemailjohn: Bookmark bar should allow movement
between base drop-down menus.
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=21988

Chrome Version : 4.0.206.1
URLs (if applicable) : N/A (Browser Chrome issue)
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: FAIL
   Firefox 3.x: OK
IE 7: Unverified, but likely FAIL
          IE 8: FAIL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have at least two bookmark folders on your bookmark bar.
2. Click on the first folder to produce the drop down menu.
3. Move the mouse over the second folder.
4. Observe that you need to perform an additional click to produce the
drop-down menu for the next folder.

This is probably more of a feature request, but I feel that it makes
browsing just a little bit quicker.

What is the expected result?

What happens instead?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
