New issue 23795 by Jerome.xa88: Automatic language detection weird behavior
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=23795

Chrome Version : <Copy from: 'about:version'>
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: N/a
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7: OK
          IE 8: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to any page that requires login, ie email, blog etc
2.The page will be shown in a different language than expected
3.

What is the expected result?
I normally browse in english and did not do any modifications to the
preferred languages in the browser settings, therefore i expect that most
pages with localization will show in english for me

What happens instead?
A lot of pages that require a login are shown in spanish instead. I don't
think this is a problem with WebKit because I never had this problem with
firefox. Examples: facebook login page, gmail login page, posting a comment
on a friend's blog returns spanish messages...

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I don't think it's related to https either, because of what happens on my
friend's blog which requires only http to post comments
My sister has had the same problem with her facebook login while using
chrome 3 a few days ago
This is not something that happens every time though, it seems to be random
and i don't know what is it exactly that causes it
