With the headers from comment 3, we calculate the freshness lifetime of the
request to
be about 15 days ((Last-modified - Date) / 10). That means that we need
about two weeks
from the last time we see this file before deciding that we need to see if
there is a
new version.
Note the lack of max-age or expires headers.
