@spaarpott: The experimental build only really contained extra logging, it  
shouldn't have worked any better for you! The only other proxy change I
believe it has over 3.0 is a fix for bug 22310 (which was never backported  
to 3.0)

Can you try running this even more verbose build:

And please attach the chrome_debug.log file this time? (I need to see the  
log file to determine what your setup looks like). Thanks!

@carlo.pagliei: I looked at your log and it doesn't appear as if you are  
using a proxy. Are you sure your problem is proxy related? It sounds more
like you are hitting http://crbug.com/22699 (try running with --no-sandbox  
commandline flag; the symptoms for that is that NO page ever
loads, it just shows a white page).
