In order to help you debug the proxy problems, I ran test-chrome3 and am
attaching
the chrome_debug.log file. The version in LATEST (4.0.222.3 (28534)) also
works for
me, but 3.0.195.25 does not work, even with the --winhttp-proxy-resolver
and --no-
sandbox flags.
Let me know if you'd like more details from me.
