New issue 24714 by petermattis: sending an email in gmail with an empty
body causes gmail to become non responsive
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=24714

Chrome Version : 4.0.221.8
URLs (if applicable) : http://mail.google.com
OS version : 10.5.8
Behavior in Safari 3.x/4.x (if applicable): works as expected
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): not tested
Behavior in Chrome for Windows: not tested
Behavior in Chrome for Linux: works as expected

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send an email to yourself from within gmail with an empty body
2. Click "ok" in response to the pop-up about sending a message without
text in the body.

What is the expected result?

The message should be sent.

What happens instead?

The message is not sent. Gmail is now non-responsive, but reloading the
page clears the problem and navigating to other pages from the tab still
works.
