Thanks for your comment. I think it is reasonable that we change captureVisibleTab signature to keep image format flexibility and extendability. If we add second argument, it could contain a parameter for specifying the section to capture that is needed for http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=21375 and any other expansions needed in future.
