What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Rebuilding machine, installing chrome on a second machine and not having
browsing history with bookmarks

What is the expected result?
Browsing history should be exportable, like bookmarks.
What happens instead?
One does not have access to their browsing history except on the machine

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Suggestion is for feature that allows users to import/export browsing
history as they can with bookmarks. This will allow them to rebuild a
machine or install Chrome on a second computer, and in addition to having
all their bookmarks in tact, they will have their entire history.
Its as if nothing changed, allowing for a seamless transition from one
machine to another.
