I think the plan for the web platform (for now anyhow) is that if you want
more quota you need to install an extension.
Are we OK with giving extensions unlimited storage space? It seems like
doing so would be reasonable as long as we gave the user the option to clean
up the disk space when the extension is uninstalled.
Either way, let's target something better (at least for extensions) for
mstone 5.
