When I right-clicked on a picture, then choose "Save picture as..."
from the menu, I get an "Save as..." dialog. In it: 1) Combobox with
file types is empty. 2) When I type-in a filename without extension,
file saved with extension added, but without a point. For example, if
I saving gif image with name Zzz - it saved with name Zzzgif, not
Zzz.gif
