Normally yes, I am behind a proxy. I run privoxy on linux firewall/
router box I have. The problem occurs with the proxy disabled (from
the privoxy config) and also when I set it to not use a proxy via the
internet options dialog. IE and Firefox both work on that page
regardless of the proxy settings.
