Is there something like this that Google is using the system default browser engine for running its Chrome because I have tried 4 different browser as my default browser before using CHROME every time it behaves as the browser which is the default in the system weather it is MOZILLA,IE,SAFARI,OPERA

There is an entry by "Apple Mac-Safari version 5.0". Is Google chrome use Safari's Properties. There are using copyright but I checked its properties & it is showing safari. Any one have any Idea about it.
