Well, I went to it again and saw that it had an "about:blank" URL.So I typed something to be searched in Google and then closed it - and it got closed successfully.
By the way, is this intentional? Why will it not show the URL of the file I downloaded? In general, Chrome does not show any URL (the box is blank) until it loads the actual page (when you open it in a new foreground tab). Sometimes I just want to open a link and press Esc, but still use the URL and I cannot, because it does not show up. Is that intentional? ☆PhistucK 2009/5/29 PhistucK <[email protected]> > You will not believe it, but, after I clicked on your CRX link (from within > GMail, which opened another window), saved and installed the extension, > clicked on "Tabs Unlocked" and tried to close the empty CRX window, I could > not.
