I was wondering this too. I think it would have to be beyond Incognito
though. You would have to find a way to disable the "Clear Browsing
Data" option in the menu too. The issue isn't censorship, it;s
transparency. You don't need to prevent kids from going on the sites,
but to always know where they went. Maybe an option for parents to
enable and access a "Universal History" backup of everything done in
the browser. I imagine this could even be helpful for Network
Administrators in large corporations.
