Hello Chromium community,

I'm an avid Opera user, mainly because of its drag-and-drop UI. This
allows me to eliminate unneeded UI elements and free up as much space
as possible to maximize webpage view.

Almost all browsers also have a full screen view, but often sacrifice
usability as it also hides access to bookmarks, or simply the ability
to type in new URLs.

Since Chromium uses an in-line search-capable address bar, here's an
idea I would like to suggest: at full screen mode, typing on the
keyboard (when the cursor is not focused on a type-able element)
automatically brings up the address bar, which could fade into view on
top left of screen. This would work for bookmarks, searches and new
URLs, and combined with hotkeys would allow full web browsing on full
screen mode.

Chromium developers - thank you for your time and considerations.
