Extensions will be only partially supported, if any, it seems (only
extensions from the upcoming Extensions gallery). Any others will not be
accepted at all (by the look of the code).Themes will be supported, as well
as the HTML 5 Video (not sure about Audio, though, logically, it would, too)
tag.
The Mac and Linux versions (as far as I know) are not even in Beta yet, so I
guess they may or may not join the stable Chrome 3 release.

So, basically - behind the scenes improvements, themes, limited support for
extensions, HTML 5 Video\Audio, an improved Omnibox and an improved New Tab
page.
