I like the idea, I'm also a dual monitor user, Im just in love with it. The concept of chrome taking adventage of dual view users sounds really interesting. Well, maybe this idea or maybe something else, also taking adventage of touch screens and multiple pointers could be awesome. In Linux Multiple pointers is something Im sooo in love.
