Hi Andrew, I've been testing Web Database on Safari recently. With SQL, you don't have to make the dictionary into multi-level, you can associate more than one translations with one word (with key-value store it's hard). Searching something from my 10 thousand word-translation flat dictionary takes about 8 ms.
