I said: (I think somehow to Tato only, not to the list I didn't realize that the group address comes as a "cc:") > How is this done? and Tato replied "just click on the link - you must have latest DEV build
my (dev) build is: 4.0.237.0 (current per the [About] dialog on WinXP SP3) - when I click on the [Install] button on: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/55098 it simply opens a standard Open-Save dialog for file: 55098.user.js I was pretty sure this was NOT what should have happened. I tried d/l'ing and dragging to an open Google-Chrome window but that just repeats the [Open-Save] dialog. Also tried putting 55098.user.js in <C:\Documents and Settings\Alec\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions> where all the other extension's .CRX files and the <"random number"> folders associated with the extensions get created and then closing and reopening Chrome. Again - no joy. What am I missing? > Tatosgr (tato...@gmail.com) wrote (in part) (on 2009-11-10 at 14:25): > > Thanks Aaron Boodman..
