I went to the Google Quick Scroll extension page, here - https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/okanipcmceoeemlbjnmnbdibhgpbllgc I clicked "Install' and it does not do anything (except adding a dummy # to the address). It looks like something is wrong with the page in general - the star ratings are missing from the second line, I also cannot rate or comment on the extension.
Is it only me? Also, when I tried to load an unpacked extension (to eventually create this<https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/celedgilgjhgpgjhfhapmonljepnikfj>one), I ran into a bug regarding international characters within the path to the unpacked extension. It will not load the extension from such path, will say there is an error in the manifest and sometimes it even crashes.
