What do you mean? the Dev release should be identical or superior to the Beta release. If you meant Chromium (which is a developer build and not a Dev release), you should consider moving to Dev Chrome, which is released every week or so (sometimes three weeks+, when they have a lot of pressure due to upcoming big Beta releases, or when they have holidays). It is more tested than the Chromium developer build, but the new features that are landed will come there less quickly than they come to Chromium.
