I'm trying to use a window.open() call to open a form from an external site as a new window but it seems that Chrome is blocking this as a popup.
When I run the extension normally and try to open the new window from the popup, nothing happens. If I debug the extension and try to open the new window I can see the popup blocker catching the new window. Is there a way to get aroud this?
