Sewers cont.

Dave Turrel in his email of February 23 mentioned WSC's review of Seebohm
Rowntree's book *Poverty: A Study of Town Life*.

This review was never published at the time, but it was published, in 1969,
in Companion Volume II, Part I, pp 105-111, as also in the third Hillsdale
volume.
