Thankyou very much Merlin, I have just looked at the Acorn catalogue. Also based on your helpful description I may well take a guess and have the waitscoat painted a dark blue to lighten up the painted figure, darker than the charcoal coat may look too dour on a 1 1/2 inch figure unless I'm otherwise proved wrong. Shame on me if Sir Winston's waistcoat was black! Regards, Shaney
