Jon, Fascinating choice of actors and actresses. Yes I agree that sticking close to John's book is a great start. The writers had better double check the National Archives at Kew and review the Cabinet Minutes of May 10 1940 and the follow up notes. Setting the stage back to the Munich agreement would be useful. Capturing the mood of the aristocracy should be useful. Remember the movie 'Remains of the Day" with Anthony Hopkins.
