Thanks for the kind words. One always has to choose between coming off as
pedantic or correcting nonsense. (When you think about how much the media
gets wrong on subjects you know about, you can only wonder how badly
they're reporting subjects of which you know little.)

Another canard we've managed to clear up for Snopes.com is the notion that
Churchill objected to reducing funding for the arts, saying, "Then what are
we fighting for?" https://richardlangworth.com/arts
and http://bit.ly/2jymB7X

And then there are the Epstein Churchill busts, both in and out White
House, about which all manner of exaggerations and untruths circulate:
 https://richardlangworth.com/churchill-bust-not

The latest on this shaggy dog story is that President Trump asked the
British Embassy to re-loan the Epstein bust loaned to President Bush. So
there will soon be *two* Epstein Churchills in the White House again—along
with the Official Biography presented to President Obama— i.e., more
Churchilliana than ever before—and more fodder for the media to fixate over.

Visit the HIllsdale College Churchill Project for more attempts to combat
the Onward March of Invincible Ignorance...
